「lure」は「to persuade someone to do something, often something wrong or dangerous, by making it seem attractive or exciting」（ロングマン現代アメリカ英語辞典）という意味です。
日本語で一言で言うと「誘惑する」です。
例： She was lured away from her duties.→ 彼女は誘惑に負けて義務を果たさなかった。
［課題文の訳］ 青空は彼らを海へと誘い、並木道のプラタナスの葉を抜けて吹く心地良い微風は、田舎に行きたいという気持ちをかきたてた。
